Welcome, Rockhounds!

We are an outdoor group for adults that loves to hunt fossils, rocks and gemstones in the Texas hill country and beyond. We welcome amateur rockhounds and professional geologists, paleontologist, archeologist, and anyone that just gets a kick out of digging in the dirt. Our adventures will include day trips and camping trips to local sites and ranches known for specific rocks and gems that allow us to keep what we find and possibly trips to to locations beyond Texas too. This is a fun, educational and rewarding hobby. Add to, or start your collection with some great stories behind each keeper.
