Dear Prospective "Project-28er",

"The 28th Amendment Project" is a national movement with 20 tenets ( http://the28thamendme... )

Term Limits for Congress, Repeal of ObamaCare, Repeal of the 17th Amendment, Marriage defined as between and man and a woman, free enterprise towns (tax and regulation advantaged), to name a few. .

"Free Enterprise Towns" are bringing the Businesses and Capital and Profits and Jobs and Corporate Headquarters that have fled the country by the thousands back to America.  These tax and regulation advantaged, "Free Enterprise Towns" put "pure free enterprise" on display as a shining example for the whole world to watch.

Not even the 12.3% Corporate Income Tax that has attracted so many Worldwide Corporate Headquarters to Ireland can compete with the allure of these FETs in counties all across America - http://the28thamendment.homestead.com/MrPickens.html  http//the28thamendment.hometead.com/FETs.html )

We are restoring some sanity and solvency back into a once proud country by reversing much of the legacy of 100 Years of Progressive/Liberal ideological experiments and the crushing debt we now have as a result.

We are restoring the underpinings of "One Nation Under God" with a simple revisiting of our history and re-instatement of simple religious traditions that for 220 years served as the umbrella over our Religious Diversity. ( http://the28thamendment.homestead.com/Chapter6.html#anchor_41)

(And we are repealing ObamaCare, Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley) + + + (20 tenets in all).

You can make a difference!! There are many ways that fit your time and your fervor to correct the corruption in so many ways of a runaway central government.

The populating of  "Free Enterprise Town" and the matching of the "undocumented" and the "unemployed" and the "disadvantaged" with the hundreds of companies that will operate in these tax advantaged, regulation shielded, rural locations provide important opportunities.

Taking up residence in these new "incubator" towns means no income taxes, property taxes, capital gains taxes for up to 25 years.

You don't have to live in these FETs to be a part of the largest building boom in American history as up to one of these towns per county spreads across the USA.

But, back to the "Amendment" itself.

You can help pass a "Juggernaut Amendment" to tame a "Juggernaut Government" gone amok.

We will help you, most State Legislatures will help you (they will quickly begin to help as they are the ones gaining the most from the building boom and the restoration of their powers previously usurped by the Federal Government.)

So, please join us with any time that you have to join in the discussion and furtherance of the effort, and/or  help with 50 people in each state who will commit to finding 50 people to fund the $6M needed nationally to fund sanity back into our government and the way it is run.

The conclusion to this great "Prairie Fire" that swept America in 2011 and 2012 has already been written as a "flashback" and is also at your fingertips.

"In Search of George Washington" (The Story of the 28th Amendment) is a flashback that chronicles the amazing story of 300,000,000 people who gave 545 other people (435 Congresspersons, 100 Senators, 1 President and 9 Justices) a nice "timeout" while they (300,000,000) straightened some things out!

It is a fascinating look at how 100 years of Progressive (Liberal) Big Government was undone in such short order at an amazingly pivotal time in Mankind's history.

Thank you for joining with us as we "secure the blessings of Liberty for ourselves and our posterity"!

Sincerely,

The Framers of the 28th Amendment

P.S.

(One of the tenets, #19, adds to the list of religions - "Environmentalism", (and scrubs it from the schools and publicly funded buildings and parks and federally owned lands) and is for temporary, tongue-in-cheek, entertainment.  While it is good for a chuckle, it makes a point to those who in essence "worship" "the Environment" in order to get to the real debate for tenet #20 which is very serious. How to protect America's Judeo-Christian foundings and history and preserve the importance these have had to America's culture and stature over 220 years.

The secular crusade and judicial review against religion and its traditional place in America has come to the absurd place where crosses at Arlington Cemetery and prayers in federal cemeteries and a cross at ground zero, and on and on, are under an onslaught of attack and persecution. The First Amendment was ratified in 1791, and offered the 16 words "Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.." in a far different context then than has been characterized existed which has lead to the strained logic of the last 65 years of judicial evolution. (see
Tenet #20 = http://the28thamendme... )

The mission here is the same as the conservative mission that is sweeping the country in blogs and meeting groups and message boards all over the country - - - getting to a smaller government, less spending, limiting the federal government to its 21 enumerated and finite powers, and giving the States and the People all of the "infinite" powers not reserved to the federal government.

In November, 2010, 19 of the "Liberal" State Legislatures swung to conservative with the election of 660 new conservatives in state houses. Finding 34 State Legislatures to call the National Constitutional Convention and 38 States for Ratification to reclaim so many "usurpations" by Congress has excellent prospects for finding the support needed by enough State Legislatures.

Please join the conversation and help refine the arguments and find the Legislators needed to focus on the original intent of our Constitution to give "We The People" the power to stop a tyrannical path that Government has been on for 100 years of Progressive/Liberal experiments with our Freedoms and our purse strings and our "Posterity".

There is a plan to do most of the legwork and making the eventual outcome a foregone conclusion by making it a reality first on the web through meeting groups (Meetup groups) in every county of the country.

We look forward to your help and your feedback.
