Restoring Courage Viewing Event

Please note: If you have been listening to Glenn on the radio, you know he has been forced to move up the starting time for his event. Since we are watching LIVE, that means we will be gathering earlier.

The newly announced times are 9 AM for a one hour pre-show followed by the event at 10 AM.

Doors will open at 8:30 AM.

Glenn Beck will host an event at the Davidson Center in Jerusalem. Taking place just steps from the Western Wall and the Temple Mount, this program calls for unity among all faiths, and will honor Israelis who have displayed courage in their struggle for survival and peace. It will also issue a challenge to all citizens of the world to stand with and declare their support for Israel.

Joining Glenn will be religious leaders, esteemed speakers and entertainers including the Rabbi of the Western Wall, Shumuel Rabinovitch, Academy Award winning actor Jon Voight, internationally renowned singer Dudu Fisher, and the Jerusalem Great Synagogue Choir.

We will be having a special viewing party to watch Glenn Beck's Restoring Courage event on August 24th at 9 AM in Room T129 at Lakeland Community College. Doors open at 8:30 AM.

Restoring Courage is an opportunity to demonstrate to the world that Israel does not stand alone. Three events will take place as part of Restoring Courage to unite people around the world from all walks of life in standing with Israel, reminding us of the need to have faith, honor and courage in our own lives.

We will offer an opportunity to watch the main Restoring Courage event via GBTV on the large projection screen on August 24, 2011. It will begin with a one hour pre-show at 9 AM followed by the event at 10 AM.

There is a $2 Meeting Room Fee. This fee is waived for Active Members who have paid their yearly dues, college students with an ID and children 17.

Please note that due to this special event, there will be NO MEETING the week before on Wednesday, August 17th.
