Irish Philosopher and mystical teacher Mervyn Brady taught through personal example and great experience his appreciation, Love and service for his Soul. This is the content of his book “Smelling the Roses."

Through his understandings about the “Divine Gift of Love” he enabled us to use the tools practiced in esoteric Schools through the ages, in order to unlock the sublime worlds that exist within the petals of our own existence.

One of his greatest keys to understand this legacy of heaven and the journey home was through the great painters, especially those who were connected to “Higher Schools.” Artists like William Blake, Da Vinci and Fra Angelico, among others, surpassed the physical realm to touch these steps that Mervyn graciously and lovingly guided us through, and which he finally ascending himself in Spirit.

One of Mervyn's many gifts to his students was the ability to illustrate the journey of Awakening through interpreting works of art that were created by these Conscious Beings (men and women who were Awake, and who embodied a Higher Consciousness.)

In this meeting, we will explore the radiant beauty and wisdom that speak through this art, reminding us of the stairways within our own being which shine for us the way home. This is a talk about Love, Mysticism and the steps we take to understand our relationship with our own Souls, and with one another.
