Cella Bistro in Schenectady is probably one of my three all time favorites in the Capital Region. Metroland is also a fan. They awarded it the title best bistro this summer. It has a lovely menu that focuses on using local fresh ingredients (which will likely be a challenge in November, but let's see what they come up with.)
