Create a Mobile at the DIA new class series, then lunch at the French creperie

Please join me for a Mobile Making Class at the DIA. My friend, Brian Ritson, will be teaching a series of art classes at the DIA throughout the Fall and this is one of them. This is definitley KID FRIENDLY.

Mobiles are a great mix of art and movement. Sadly, most of them hang above baby cribs and the wicked cool art mobiles of Alexander Calder are forgotten.
Then we can head over to our favorite French creperie, Good Girls Go to Paris, just around the corner.

Class: 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm (you can stay longer if you wish)
Lunch at Good Girls: 1:45 to .....

We were there (5 of us on a table near the entrance) between 12-2pm. Where were you? So sorry that you could not find us..

I was there, but couldn't find the group. So I went and looked at some art and visited the Science Museum.

So I just checked the DIA's website, the mobile class is free with admission. So if you live in Wayne County (and I think also Oakland or Macomb) it is 100% free.
