March 2010 Meeting

Details
The fourth Atlanta Semantic Web Meetup will happen on Friday March 5th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at the Emory University Woodruff Library. This is the same location as the last event, but if you haven't yet been there, see the directions below (it can be a little tricky).
The first half hour will be for socializing & networking with other folks in the semantic web community. We hope to have a 30 minute presentation and the rest of the meeting will be open for general discussion.
The topics for discussion at this meeting are:
- Greetings and member introductions
- Book Discussion
- Possible presentation on Drupal (with emphasis on the semantic aspects)
- Semantic Web Basic Intro - Part 2
- Discussion on various tools
- Next meeting time & place (also discuss alternate earlier time/place for remote presentations)
- Note: the agenda is subject to change if it can be made better - it will be updated here if this is the case.
Emory University Woodruff Library (https://web.library.emory.edu/services/visitors), 540 Asbury Circle, Atlanta, Georgia 30322
The meetup is in Room 773, take the elevators in the back of the library - there is no 6th floor in the front part of the library. The link has information on parking (Near the "P" on the bottom of the map of the campus). Also see this link (https://web.library.emory.edu/about/location/directions) for more detailed driving directions including where to park.
For those that want to hang out and socialize, I've heard good things about the Emory Inn - we may decide to walk over and hang out - it's supposed to be a little more conducive to conversation than TAP is! You can reach me at 678-622-2996 if you have questions.
