Austin C/C++ Presentations - The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure Project

Details

Join us at 7:00 on Wednesday, October 2nd as Aditya Kumar discusses the LLVM project!

To quote wikipedia, "LLVM is a compiler infrastructure written in C++ that is designed for compile-time, link-time, run-time, and 'idle-time' optimization of programs written in arbitrary programming languages." It may be best known for powering Apple's developer toolkit as well as the Clang C and C++ compiler. Aditya will discuss the basic structure of LLVM and introduce several of its components.

Aditya got his Master's Degree in Computer Science at Texas A&M University. He now works at Qualcomm as a compiler engineer.

The talk will take place at Rackspace's Austin office, located on the East side of IH-35 right before Rundberg and after Henna Chevrolet (there is a sign for Rackspace which is visible from the highway).
