There is a certain kind of a person you want working in your home. Someone trustworthy, who is going to do a good job for an honest price and also be easy to communicate with. But how do you find that person when you need them? By sifting through reviews on internet sites? Hoping to find the right carpet cleaner or window guy... There are so many different issues that come up when you own a home. Finding the perfect serviceman at the right time is hit or miss. Especially because places like Yelp don't check to see if someone is licensed or if they carry proper liability insurance.
Personally I have found that when someone is a rule follower about licenses and certifications and insurance and all that kind of business red tape, they will also be methodical and careful about the execution of the task that they've been hired to perform. Similarly, if a home service provider cuts corners with the legal side of his business he is also the type of person who will provide slipshod work in your home.
We have been in business a long time, our customers are like family to us. They trust us with and the health and safety of their families. That's important to us, so we take care of them. We give them a competitive price and great service. We are often asked for referrals for other worthwhile contractors who provide the services that we don't.
