Hi
I would like to start a meet up group devoted to those who love to screen, discuss analyze feature, documentary, and different genre film. I have had a group like this in the past. Some of the things I would like to see is that all members see all of the film that are nominated for the Golden globes, Academy awards and some other noteworthy awards.
In the city that I just moved from I taught 3 Film classes for adults in continuing education: Women in Film. Hispanics in Hollywood, and Film Noir (all taught with fun in mind) As a class, we filled out Oscar ballots and watched the Oscars together. (A few even wore tuxedos’ and evening dresses)

In addition my goal would be to attend a few film festivals. I have attended a few and they are great. If you are interested please join and LETS GO TO THE MOVIES!
