Runners and walkers of all levels. Everyone is welcome to join this diverse group on an easy paved trail. We have walkers and runners at every level. We Saturday mornings at 9:00 am. Our sponsors at Fleet Feet supply water, coffee, and fruit. And Birkdale Village also offers plenty of opportunity for social activities.
