Pine Hill XC Ski and Pancakes

Details
I just spoke with the director at Pine Hill Ski Club, 4-5 inches of new powder on top of 4-12" base
which along with the fresh pancakes at Robb's Hutt, and weather forecast for partly sunny mid 30s west winds 10-15mph, all sounds like a perfect day for skiing Saturday
Robb's Hut is a great warming hut out on the trails (see photo) and this Saturday only you can enjoy a fresh made batch of pancakes (blueberry, banana, or plain) for a mere $5 donation
So let's meet at the ski club's trailhead parking https://www.pinehillsk... (https://www.pinehillskiclub.com/directions.html)
10:30AM buy ski pass, and be ready to ski by 11AM to enjoy a nice casual novice-intermediate ski to Robb's Hut for a noon-ish pancake brunch then back out to enjoy lots more of the 13 mile/20 kilometers of trails.
And for an after ski dinner meal, there's the fine Flying Goose Brew Pub&Grille on rt11, just before getting on rt89, to relax and fuel the body back up for the ride home.
Its about a 90 minute drive from Boston, I93 to I89. Interested in carpooling, I have room for 2 passengers with skiis and am also just around the corner from the N.Billerica commuter rail T station for those with no car.
- no rentals on site, but X-C ski and snowshoe rentals are available just down the road at Village Sports at 394 Main St. across from town green in New London (603-526-4948).
