September's historic floods wrecked havoc across Boulder. Many homes were completely destroyed and many other structures suffered light to moderate flood damage.

After the deluge, buyers began asking about the extent of flood damage and remediation. Sellers (and their agents) started pitching properties as having experienced no flood damage. Even lenders began asking for independent inspection and written verification regarding flood damage.
