The 16th Annual Harrisburg 4th of July Parade

Our Biscuits will be BURNIN!,

Another year has brought us to that fateful day when every Pirate in town stows his or her pantaloons in the freezer.
Yes, I speak of the Infamous Hotter than Hades Parade 2013!
The people of Harrisburg really love the Brethren and have asked us back again for the 3rd year in a row.
So what say Ye? They want Pirates! Should we give them Pirates to Plunder?
The parade steps off promptly at 9am so be ready for an early line up! Times and location TBD
Float arrangements have not yet been made...keep a weather eye on the site for pending info.
This event draws quite a large crowd, TV coverage, etc. etc. so be at the ready, show your character, be ALL you can be!
The Brethren of Caroline are well known to the people of that fare town and they expect no less than all we have to offer. We own those streets!
Remember, we're not in the show...we ARE the show!
Pirate's One and All!

Please RSVP to the site asap, registration ends soon!

Weather.com is showing scattered thunderstorms all day tomorrow with a 50% chance of rain. I'm currently working just down the road from there in University area and it's getting really dark with clouds. Might have to go ahead and make the judgement call for me and Alysia and say we might be canceling on coming. Seems like a big risk and I can't afford to take the chance right now.

So, I hate to be Johnny rain cloud but do we have a weather contingency plan? Anyone know what the weather is looking like come Thursday morning? If it does come to the worst, I'm afraid I won't be able to make it. Some of my Jack gear is just too expensive to get wet. But fingers crossed for good weather!

so this event is nearly upon us. Where are we meeting? and..most importantly...is there a ship to sail the seas of Harrisburg for those of us who wish to ride the voyage instead of wreaking havoc directly (passing out gold coins and candy) upon the villagers?

Unfortunately, my job at the whitewater center has said that no one can have the 4th of July off due to them having a big celebration of their own. I look forward to Thanksgiving/Christmas parades.

You can count me in for this as always. Whether or not I'll be worth anything afterward is a different story. Haha

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
