Hi Everyone,

The weekly lunch time jazz sessions are held on Saturday's in the Brighton Dome foyer cafe/bar at 1.00pm. (Just down from the Corn Exchange)

They are hosted by the Brighton Jazz Co-op, where members form a band playing all sorts of jazz favourites for an hour.

Entry is free and there are a number of tables and cosy sofas to sit and enjoy the music. It's a really friendly bunch of people and a great chance to relax away from the hubbub of shopping and other frenetic Saturday activities.

The members of the Co-op are a group of musicians who meet every Tuesday evening at the Open House pub for jazz jams and tutor workshops. They come together as a collective of like minded musos who just want to share and enjoy their music.

I am also looking forward to teaming up with some of the Co-op instrumentalists and singing at one of the Dome sessions in 2012. Stay tuned for further details!

So whether you're a musician (of any level) or music appreciator, it would be great to see you at the Dome sessions.

Best regards

Fiona

ps - please do RSVP if you plan on going. I won't be able to make it every week, but it would be good to find each other as a social group if you are heading along.
