The journey of becoming Agile or even more Agile

Welcome to our first Meetup for 2011. One of our members, Paul McArdle put this excellent idea forward so we have invited three speakers from very different organisations to talk about their own experiences as well as answering Paul's questions below.

1. Sequence (what order people have implemented changes)
2. Importance (which might be difference than sequence)
3. How to facilitate the paradigm shift for all involved
4. How to measure and report progress on the transition journey
5. Common pitfalls.

These will then be followed by a panel discussion. I hope we'll see you there.
