Networking & Education concerning Private and Hard Money Lending

We are currently focused on assisting the new investor. We hope to provide him or her with the network and knowledge necessary to become successful in The Bronx Real Estate market.

The event on January 21st will provide the opportunity to meet with other like minded investors, as well as brokers, attorneys, realtors, CPA's and others, who have made their careers assisting property owners.

During this meeting we'll hear from a Principal at Obsidian Tower Holdings LLC, a private real estate investment company that invests in multi-family apartments and single family homes. The focus of his talk will be Private and Hard Money Lending.

The Event will begin at 6 pm at Billy's Sports Bar at 856 River Avenue by the 4, B and D subway (next to Yankee stadium).

The cost is $15.00 at the door and $10.00 if you RSVP on Meetup. All the proceeds will be applied to light appetizers served after the presentation.
