In this meetup, we will discuss techniques for estimating projects, both in the beginning and during the development.

A few techniques we might touch follow.

For release planning (before project starts and before we know much about it:

• T-Shirt sizes

• Using risks to adjust estimates

• Planning poker with story points

• Just do it :) (no estimates)

For sprint planning:

• Planning poker with story points

• Bucket estimation

• Counting stories

• No estimates
