Evening Agile & Coffee

Hi guys

On June 17th, we will hold another session of Evening Agile & Coffee, the monthly informal meeting about organizational practices in Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, XP or any other Product Development field.

This time, I would like to hear your opinions about something every Agile team should do: Retrospectives - Pros/Cons, Techniques etc

Agenda

• 5' to know each other

• 10' presentation of the topic

• 5' to select 2 key points of interest

• 30' open discussion for first key point

• 30' open discussion for second key point

• 10’ short retrospective

• 5’ closing
