Welcome, Budd Lake Organic Enthusiasts!

Meet other locals who are interested in eating and growing organically, developing sustainable lifestyles, living simply that others may simply live, addressing environmental issues & social justice and nurturing spiritual fulfilment. We want to look at deep ecology, peak oil, transition towns, permaculture, the works of Daniel Quinn and Lester Brown and others to help understand where we are, how we got here and most importantly, what we need to do to fix the problems we see out there. We want to grow our consciousness and find viable alternatives to devastating consumerism. We want to find like-minded people to develop our local economy by developing a seed & garden exchange, and by consensus, find other topics and issues of genuine local interest that will enable us to start locally and be a part of the global transformation happening all around us.
