Billy Elliot the Musical is the joyous celebration of one boy's journey to make his dreams come true. Set in a small town, the story follows Billy as he stumbles out of the boxing ring and into a ballet class, discovering a surprising passion that inspires his family and his whole community. A big musical with an even bigger heart, Billy Elliot will enchant the dreamer in all of us. Based on the international smash-hit film, Billy Elliot is brought to life by a phenomenal cast and the Tony Award-winning creative team (director Stephen Daldry, choreographer Peter Darling and writer Lee Hall) along with music legend Elton John, who has written what the New York Post calls "his best score yet!"
We've bought tickets in the top price range for this show. Tickets through me are $97.55 + $5.40 Ticketmaster fee + Paypal fee = $107 (those of you who booked early got a $6 discount because I didn't know about the Ticketmaster fee). If you you want tickets in a different price range, I suggest you buy them on your own and meet up at intermission. I will buy tickets as people pay in blocks of two or more, so no one has to sit alone if they don't want to. At this point, since you won't be sitting with the early purchasers anyway, you might be better off to buy your own ticket(s) to save the Paypal fee. If you choose to buy tickets on your own, let me know so we can look for you. The show runs from Tuesday March 26 to Sunday March 31. Tickets range from $40 to $110, with more expensive tickets on the weekend.
