Title: Semantic MediaWiki+ and Semantic Forms for use in Gym Management

Created a wiki for boxing gym which uses Semantic MediaWiki+ with Semantic Forms. As an example, we have a form for editing a 'person' page, and a barcode scanner that pops the person name into the search box on the wiki when they sign in at the gym using their membership card.
