Yoga is more than exercise. It is more than meditation. It is more than breathing. It is exercise, meditation, breathing and that is only the beginning. Yoga stimulates, invigorates, relaxes, rejuvenates and the end result is always that it makes you feel better than before you practiced.
The living art of yoga is practiced within a group setting as a platform for learning. The true learning of yoga is what transpires when you take your experience from the group setting and apply what you remember as you practice in your own home. This is where yoga teaches yoga. Recalling a pose from the group experience then examining the effects of thoughtful adjustments to the pose which refine the pose and improve anatomical alignment with in the pose.
The Trilogy Yoga program is three segments consisting of 6 classes per segment totaling 18 lessons. You don't need to sign-up just RSVP and join in where ever we are in the series. The purpose is to provide the very basics of yoga. Attendees arrive with varied experiences from no yoga ever to some experience with yoga. The intent is to invite people to reconnect with yoga principles and to provide a fundamental starting point regardless of past experience. Come and see what we are doing.
For those of you who have questions I invite you to email me with whatever is on your mind. I am available and accessible so please drop me a line any time.
