We will meet as a group and tour Henderson's little secret...the Clark County Museum!! 

The current exhibit INSIDE is "Top to Toe: A Look At American Hats and Shoes". Who doesn't love hats or shoes??  And OUTSIDE we will take the self-guided tour of Heritage Street (a replica of old Las Vegas downtown) and then finish our tour by walking the Nature Trail, seen below in this video.

Cheap, easy and relaxing...and all are welcome to get out and see something new!!

Heritage Street

The museum is a 30-acre site that features a modern exhibit hall with a timeline exhibit about southern Nevada from pre-historic to modern times and a collection of restored historic buildings that depict daily life from different decades in Las Vegas, Boulder City, Henderson and Goldfield.

    It was very nice walking around the museum grounds, touring the inside museum, gift shop staff was 7 star csvc, met Jim oiutside on the grounds where we had a nice chat, loved the pertrified wood rocks, various other rocks/stones, loved the locomotive, loved the different houses, the railroad depot with caboose/box cars/passenger cars/speedster car/model trians inside---G Scale plus O Scale, the ghost town, the trails including the mining train car, great company of others met on the tour from the groups, nice bunch of folks today, took a lot of photos, and also went to lunch
