I love solving problems procedurally, so one of the most satisfying moments is finally clicking something new into place, be it code, graphics, or whatever, and watching the machine just start working.
I'm currently working on my first project. I'm leveraging lots of graphic design experience and a modest amount of coding experience, but using them all in a new way.
Um, both? I would love to do game development professionally, even if I can only afford to do it part-time. I have a lot of ideas for more ambitious games if my first project is successful.
I'm a one-man team for the moment, so the good news is I like doing almost all of it. I see myself as a creative director/project manager if I ever reach the point where I'm able to be, possibly taking a step back from the benchwork and focusing on the big picture.
I'm a husband, father, and graphic designer looking to break into game development with my first project, Jumping Spider.
