Welcome, Columbus/Central Ohio 9/12ers!

First and foremost I want thank Pam Kelley for starting this meetup in February 2009. If you know Pam you will know she is the meekest and humble person you would ever want to meet. That being said she over come her fears and stood up to start this meetup and I am thankful. I met her in April 2009 on the heels of the Tax Day Rally. Pam inspired me to step up and take a roll at the forefront in this fight for freedom.

Secondly and no less important I want to thank Glenn Beck for his vision, guidance and courage.

I spent five years, from 2004 to 2009 working with the Americans for Legal Immigration PAC fighting against illegal immigration and for boarder security. While fighting that battle I began to realize that the immigration issue was just a symptom of the true problem with this country. We had abandoned the constitutional principles that had made this nation the greatest nation on earth. The battle is not on individual issues, this is a battle over the basic principles of freedom and liberty. We were asleep at the wheel.

In May 2009 I began to meet with other grassroots organizations as an assistant organizer of the Central Ohio 912. I had a meeting with two members of the Ohio Freedom Alliance and discussed efforts to unify the numerous grassroots organizations in Ohio. The concept was the brain child of the OFA and the Cincinnati Tea Party and I just happened to meet up with them in my efforts to accomplish the same goal. In June 2009 we formed the Ohio Liberty Council. The Ohio Liberty Council is an excellent organization and is growing everyday.

August 2009 I was asked by Pam Kelly to take over as the organizer for the CO912. Our organization is now my primary focus.

I consider it an honor to be a part of this organization. This is not my organization, it is yours. I am just a facilitator and moderator. My job is to share information and try to help coordinate the political and educational efforts of our organization.
