I'm pleased to have the opportunity to borrow a wonderful concept for this meetup group called Street Wisdom. This is a way of using the streets and urban surroundings to help us find answers to some of those difficult life questions we hold onto. It is so much fun and a fantastic experience. I strongly urge you to give it a try. What's more it's FREE!

What is it?
Street Wisdom is an enjoyable, powerful and free way of using the streets to learn something new and find fresh answers to a question of your choosing. It's a two-hour wander through the city, followed by an hour of sharing tales of adventure.

How does it work?

It's a simple idea based on the proposition that the environment and people around us are full of wisdom we largely overlook or ignore. Street Wisdom allows us to tune into the rich stimulus all around us and learn from it. It's a way of connecting to your own internal guidance by finding inspiration and creative answers to problems you might be wrestling with.

It is in three parts:
Tune - Spend the first hour tuning up your senses so you are able to pick up far more information from the environment around you than you would normally.
Ask - With you question in mind, you take to the streets and see what answers show up for you - hidden messages, chance meetings, unexpected discoveries. An hour to connect with your own wisdom via the medium of the Street.
Share - Gather and share what happened and what you've learned.

Who is it for?

It’s for anyone who has questions about their life and/or work and wants some fresh answers. It is relevant for anyone tackling a challenge in their working life, figuring out what's next, struggling with the day-to-day personal stuff or seeking that inspirational breakthrough.

What does it cost?
There is no charge for Street Wisdom - you don’t pay fees, you pay attention.

What do you bring?
An open mind, comfy shoes and clothes for all weather. A question you'd like answered: not too big ('What is the meaning of life?'), not too small ('What shall I have for dinner?') but somewhere in the middle - a burning issue that you'd like some fresh answers to.

Where? We will meet in the arty area of Spitalfields Art Market in front of the iGoat statue, Address: Spitalfields Market Goat Statue, 16 Brushfield Street, London, E1 6AG
