This group are for people seriously committed to releasing weight (I use the word release because that which you "lose" you have a tendency to find again. I've released nearly 45 pounds in the last 7 months or so. It's been a journey where over the course of my life I've "lost" and "refound" :) nearly 100 pounds. This group is about making new connections who support this journey through fun meetups at healthy and GOOD local eating establishments (clean eating), fun Zumba/Kickboxing classes, juicing seminars and book discussions like "A Course in Weightloss" by Marianne Williamson based on A Course In Miracles.
There are tons of other cool meetups that focus strictly on exercise and clean eating. I'm a testament to the fact that exercise and a good diet is ESSENTIAL to changing your body. But the MIND and BODY integration to releasing weight is essential to changing YOUR LIFE.
