Welcome.  I decided to start this group as a local mastermind for those interested in wealth building (Wealthy= income>expenses), primarily through real estate appreciation and cash flow approaches.

There are several great groups in Sacramento, so wanted to have a more local Davis group, and ability to network with those who live in Davis.
