Gamers' Flea & Trade Market + Game Night

If you're like us, you've got plenty of games on your shelves that you're not playing... but someone else wants to play. Time to get them in someone else's hands so you can fill that space with new releases from GenCon and Essen this fall. That's game collection logic!

Here's how the Gamers' Flea/Trade Market will work. PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS CAREFULLY! AND, FOLLOW THE STEPS.

To setup a sell/trade table (for those bringing more than 10 full size games):

1. EMAIL charliesedarka@gmail.com with the following. Do NOT email until you can provide EVERYTHING in one message, please:

-DO YOU NEED A TABLE? Some 6ft tables can be provided, limited supply.

-ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: Approx. # of games, types of games, any "highlights", etc. Include any info about games you'll have for trade or sale that you'd like people to know before the event.

-CONTACT INFO: Need a cell # or other way to contact you day of the event in case of emergency cancellation.

2. DAY OF THE SALE...

-Arrive between 1:00PM and 1:30PM to setup. Please consider how many games you are bringing, how many other people you are setting up, WHERE you are setting up (that will be communicated in advance) and plan accordingly.

-Your space will be limited. Bring only as many games as fit on your table in a SAFE stack. You may also stack under your table. But, do not plan to stack in front or around your table. You may bring milk crates, small shelving, etc. to stack on top of your table. Keep in mind you have a limited time to load and unload though. (Measure twice, pack once.)

-Make sure you bring change. Nearby banks will be closed by the time of the sale, but there is a King Soopers near the intersection of Independence and Ralston. Please plan to do this BEFORE arriving to setup.

-Internet Connection will be available if you're taking PayPal. Bring your own wifi device recommended to safe time.

If you are attending as a shopper/trader:

-Feel free to bring games to trade, but please leave them in your vehicle until you are negotiating a trade UNLESS they fit in a backpack-- Not a suitcase, crate or other item you have to carry around in the "aisles"... a backpack, please. :) Space will be limited.

-If you're trading, consider bringing a list of the games you have with you.

-Please arrive between 2PM and 6PM and be considerate of parking spaces for sellers/traders who may need to load/unload.

-Consider bringing small bills with you to make shopping easier for everyone.

-PayPal may be available from some sellers.

Game Night After the Market Closes:

We will be hosting a game night starting at 6:30PM. We ask that everyone who's participated in the market please help clean up at 6:00PM. If you're staying to game, please bring something to throw on the grill for yourself for dinner. And, something to contribute to the buffet for the group (side, salad, snack, dessert, etc.) We'll go until at least midnight.
