Sustaining the Shift. NEW LOCATION!

PLEASE NOTE THE NEW LOCATION!

On March 3rd, we will discuss and practice body dispositions. The body is a powerful tool for action and communication. The way we hold our body at any given time produces a certain chemistry. Lets discuss 4 dispositions and engage in some exercises so that you feel each one. We will briefly practice the dispositions of the Lover, Warrior, Magician and King.

Each meeting will be unlike prior meetings as there will always be one new tool offered and a chance to redesign your practice. It is designed to be powerful each time and what you get out of it will be influenced by the intention you put into it.

We meet every other Monday. So far, we have discussed how to become the driver of your own life by holding awareness around how habits/patterns are formed, how to grow new neurons and strengthen them (neurogenesis), how to use a faster Bottom Up strategy for change, how to expand our emotional repertoire to activate unexpressed genes (where your potential resides), how to design practices, the art of distinguishing between facts and assessments and, finally, deeper awareness of self as a resource.

This is where you can come to practice all of the above in community with like minded people. You can stay awake with enthusiasm and vitality! This is your time, your path, and your community. Tea will be served. Doors open at 5:45 so you can mingle and get settled. The start time has been pushed back to 6:30 and the fee has $6.00 to cover the rented space.  Please bring a journal!

Every session has had its own unique meaning but this one was even more powerful for me. We have a great group and it always amazes me how well we integrate new members (even family). Thanks to everyone.

Thank you for your amazing support during my transition out of the Littleton office. It was an awesome group last night. It was also fun to have my daughter there!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
