Hi Everyone,

Happy holidays and happy post holidays for those who are reading this after January 1! I hope the end of the year and beginning of the new year are filled with love, joy, peace and abundance.

As always, I?m so excited about our next meetup. Dhyana Eagleton, M.A., C.Ht., who did our October meetup on Tantra, is coming back to talk to us about EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. If you?re not familiar with EMDR, it is a revolutionary method for overcoming trauma. Trauma can be something as little as a teacher yelling at you in first grade or something as big as an accident or abuse. If we don?t process these traumas they can impact many areas of our lives.

I have personally experienced EMDR and it is amazing. In addition to doing EMDR sessions with Dhyana, I have used the techniques myself if I?m dealing with a stressful or traumatic situation. It?s a great thing to have in my toolkit!

During our January meetup, Dhyana will explain what an EMDR session looks like. Then she will guide us through an effective self-help process related to EMDR that is based on tapping on both sides of the body (bilateral stimulation of the left and right hemispheres of the brain). You will identify a problem you have been facing and activate healing by harnessing the power of natural resources of nature, joy, love and wisdom within you. You will experience increased calm, relaxation and well-being in the body, emotions and mind which will support you to handle the stresses of daily life. Doesn?t this sound great right after the holiday season when stress levels are generally high!?!

About Dhyana Eagleton: She is an expert EMDR psychotherapist, in her clinical practice and consultation work, Dhyana has helped thousands of clients to experience relief and in her workshops trained hypnotherapists and therapists to use this powerful modality. This therapy is used for many challenges clients are facing such as anxiety and phobias, abuse, sleep, illness and injury, addictions, performance, and self-esteem. You can visit Dhyana?s website: for more info.

I look forward to seeing you all in January!

Lots of love and blessings!
