This new culinary venue will be held at LUCCA restaurant:420 EAST LOCUST ST,DES MOINES ,IA 50309;from 6.45 pm on monday, october the 1st.
In this new session, chef TAOUFIK ESSAIDI will continue an exploration of MOROCCAN-inspired cuisine;accented by a new approach and novel techniques.

This moroccan inspired feast will begin with an orange and butternut squash salad, followed by an epic marrakesh-style chicken tajine( braised chicken with olives in a lemon-scented sauce)served on a bed of saffron rice,a dish that would be at the core of this evening class;and for dessert,a french -moroccan fusion chocolate mousse layered with date caramel.
We do encourage to bring your own favorite drink(beer or wine)to accompany your delicious meal.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
