Melanie will discuss the criticality of our digestive health and how it directly affects our immune system along with the importance of gut flora (probiotics). During the meeting, Melanie will demo how to make different kinds of fermented foods (kombucha, healthy sodas with water kefirs, gluten free sourdough bread, and more). Taste testing and recipes will also be included :)!
