STEP 6 : SLEEP RIGHT (How much do you sleep and stress?)

Details
8 NEXT RIGHT STEPS TO HEALTH SERIES. Join Dr. Lacey to examine the effects of both sleep and stress on the body, and learn easy daily techniques to incorporate to maximize the benefit of each.
After the sun goes down, your body naturally starts to descend into an all-night healing cycle - called sleep. Your body requires enough hours of sleep each night to heal and regenerate damage caused during your awake cycle. If those hours are not achieved, there is a steady decline of the function of the body systems which results in illness.
Stress is the exact opposite of sleep and causes body breakdown if uncontrolled. It is a necessary reaction to potentially dangerous encounters, but our lives today are jam packed with excess stress. It can be considered a silent killer.
SPECIAL GUEST:
"Tina Smith and Erin Essey will be introducing Young Living Essential Oils. Essential oils have been historically used in medicine to help treat a range of health complications.
