This group meets on a weekly basis to participate in a guided visualization meditation technique. This technique is ancient Tibetan in origin and is easily accessible beginners and for those having trouble quieting their minds.

The guided visualization helps to keep the mind focused while visualizing high frequency energetic structures in the body that jump start the body into a meditative state. The technique opens one up to their own magic by teaching a wide variety of tools. These tools have numerous applications which are limited only by the creative freedom of the individual using them.

The tools provided in the meditation enable one to become proficient in working within the different levels of one's consciousness and thus allow for greater responsibility for one's use of energy and ascension.
