Welcome and enjoy your meal!

I’ve always thought that it would be great having the chance to join the pleasure given from a good meal with the pleasure of a nice journey, in different words eating the food where it is produced.
I know sometimes packing your case and leave chasing a meal it’s not the easiest thing you can do, so you need to find the way to travel within your country or at least within the city where you live. Here there is my idea:
how nice it would be having the chance to choose your journey by the menu? Yes….just like a restaurant but travelling ……we could say RISTOTRAVELLING.
Instead of choosing your trip you would choose the food and it would bring you to the place where it is produced, a travels menu!!
For example you want a good “lasagna” (not just because i’m italian) where would you go? Well…i would go to Bologna.
Your food would choose the journey for you!!...now coming back to the reality of our life, this becomes possible not every day, but still it is possible to go out for a nice meal in a nice place maybe with people who know that kind of food and can give the proper suggestions.
I’m talking of any possible experience linked with any kind of food, going out for a meal, a café, going to someone’s place for a home made dinner, trying food from all over the world or almost, exploring different restaurants and café, making of eating out an adventure!!
I’ve to say i’m from Italy (well at least as far as i remember) and I know my food, like me many other people from all over the world are currently living in Dublin and they are a resource for new food experiences, which we would never do otherwise!
So this is my idea, I hope to find few more people to share it with and make it possible.
