Movement Mediation( Focus On The body As U mediatate( Better Relationships)

Movement Meditation: Movement meditation may seem intimidating, and you really get into it, it can be extremely uplifting and relaxing at the same time. Sitting with your eyes closed, simply focus on your breath and try out different gentle, repetitive flowing movements. Rather than focus on a sound, object, or thought, just turn your attention to your movement as u mediatate. I find a slow left and right swaying motion to be therapeutic, or you could try moving your entire upper body in a slow circular motion.

This week  we  looking at attracting better realtionships in our lives and letting goes of people that shouldnt be in our lives to, ,   making exsisting  relationships better ,  and how to learn to accept who and where we at and that not all  people vibrations are here to stay and the good one's are on what ever level, we learn from the good and  bad experiences from people and the differentvibrations that ripple in and out of the river of life, it's good to focus on graditude for all the good people in our lives. Sometimes we have to let go of people that are nasty, cruel, two faced or simply drain us, and allow the space for the people who deserve to be their some realtionships whether, personal. friends , are not worth savalging and is knowing when y let go of negative   realtionships that u open the gate way for  the right ones, I personally made space for the good people and  now have amazing people in my life cause , we should only entertain people that enrich and uplift and treat people with respect.
