Using nothing but whole, unprocessed, organic, raw ingredients Essential time-saving tips and techniques that make raw food preparation a breeze and a pleasure...even for people who don’t have a lot of experience in the kitchen. Step-by-step instructions that are so clear, so easy, and so fun to follow that you’ll be able to put them into practice immediately. Learning how to create your own ‘no bake’ chocolate cake in about five minutes. Jennifer will work her magic as you watch, demonstrating how to create her chocolate masterpiece. Then she ends the event on a sweet note, sharing mouth-watering samples that will dispel any doubt that Raw Food Made Easy is simply delicious!
As another special treat- It is very likely that Raw Daddy will be serving his cones at this meetup. I will update you with more information. But he is very interested as he really admires Jennifer Cornbleet.

UPdate: And I'm really pleased to announce that RAW DADDY will be coming to RAW Made Easy with Jennifer Cornbleet on Sunday Jan 8th at 2 p.m.

Come at 2- and feast on his cones and have some of Jennifer's chocolate cake for dessert!

He'll be bringing his three most popular savory cones - these are all served in a crisp flaxseed cone.

Spicy Thai Salad Cone

Filled with a mélange of fresh crispy cabbage, mangoes, and herbs. Tossed with our creamy dressing and our sprouted and dried, seasoned cashews. Topped with RawDaddy's tangy tamarind sauce. Forest and Earth Mushroom Polenta Cone
Filled with layers of our freshly made corn polenta and a rich composition of portabella, oyster, and brown mushrooms, raw-simmered in our white truffle oil and smoked sea salt marinade. Drizzled with a counterpoint of our zesty mustard vinaigrette.
Rueben-A new one that is not to be missed- simulating the famous Rueben sandwiches-
And his delectable dessert cones

Lemon Cheesecake
Filled with a New York creamy blend of fresh squeezed lemon juice, raw cashews, agave, and raw extra virgin coconut oil. Layered with our chewy coconut macaroon crumble. Pilgrim’s Cream-Made with a delicious mix of maple cream, organic carrots, cashews, and raw extra virgin coconut oil with candied pecans. Tastes just like pumpkin pie. He'll also be bringing some drinks. Which may include

Fresh Squeezed Sparkling Ginger-Lemonade
Made with the juices of fresh-squeezed lemons and ginger. Sweetened with agave nectar and topped off with cool, sparkling H2O over crystal clear ice. 16 oz Iced Coffee, Thai Style

Made with an aromatic brew of fair-trade coffee and hints of fragrant cardamom. Poured over crystal clear ice and topped with RawDaddy's sweetened and condensed cashew milk.
12 oz. Chilled Hibiscus Nectar

Made with an exotic, tangy, and spectacularly beautiful infusion of "flor de jamaicha." Sweetened with agave nectar. Chilled to delicious and refreshing perfection. He'll also have Chocolate Haystacks.

Satisfy your sweet tooth with our "oh so gooey and chewy" treats. Made with raw cocoa powder and raw coconut. Sweetened with raw agave nectar.

These are my favorite- he sells all cones for $5 a piece- and the drinks as well

and the cones are $3 each - 2 for $5.

The cost of the meetup is $7.50.

As many of you know, Laurie has generously offered this great spot to have our meetups- but we need to charge a small venue fee of $5 for use of the space.

The fee for this meetup is waived for those of you who have purchased these membership for $25.

(I'm offering people who purchase memberships for $25–an opportunity to have this fee and future meetup venue fees waived (which usually ranges from $5-$7.50) through next year.

If you want to get a membership for this meetup- you may waive the venue fee for this event and give me a check at the event. In return, I will give you a few gifts: a laminated folder by the Hippocrates Institute on various raw food subjects such as superfoods, juicing, dehydration, introduction to raw foods ($8 value), and Kaia pumpkin seeds. Some people have gotten so excited about them they wanted to go to the website and order them all.)

Look forward to seeing you there!!
