Dinner and Skating

We'll meet for dinner at the nearby Hop Valley, home to some moderately decent food and microbrews (realistically they are good but not exceptional, however I enjoy it and it's conveniently located). After dining and/or imbibing in a few adult beverages we can make our way over to Skate World for a rousing bout of indoor skating, for the low low price of $5.75. That includes crappy skate rental!!!!! Or you can bring your own.

Let's admit it, you probably haven't skated since you went to a middle school skating party. And Skate World has probably not changed since then either. But it's a lot of fun, good exercise and a nostalgically good time. Come for dinner, come for skating, come for both, we'll see you there.

SUPER DUPER IMPORTANT MUST READ NOTE: If we have more than a few folks I'll need to call ahead and make a reservation or at least warn them. So if you aren't planning to meet for dinner please say so, and if you are please actually show up. It's really embarrassing when I call to warn them I'll be in with 15 people and then 3 of us sit there taking up a giant table.
