Do you desire to have a network of runners close by. Do you want to get in the best running shape of your life with the support of others...the time is now. Do you want to train for your next race, the marine corp marathon or other marathons. We'll help each other achieve our running goals no matter what that is. We'll hit the trail 3-4 times a week with the main run on Saturday mornings. Run like you mean it!
First meeting we'll run 4-5 miles. We'll discuss needs and determine best course of action based on who shows up.
