Free Kids Yoga Workshop
Hi everyone,
We will be hosting our second workshop on Feb 6th at 4-4:45pm. It will be a fun class full of yoga, drama, songs and family fun-and it's completley free so what better way to spend your afternoon?!Please feel free to share the invite with any other families that you feel will benefit from the class. The class will cover all ages from 3-7(as it will be a parent/child class it will be an opportunity to sample the curriculum I teach throughout Manhattan.)

Andrea+1 guestLucy's class was creative and imaginative. The kids did real asanas and some pranayama, but they were described in a way they could understand, combined, with drama, play, stories, and music. Even though my child was overexcited that day, Lucy was very professional (and now he tells me he "loves" her :)
