Crystal healing can be traced back as far as Egyptian times and by many ancient civilisations for its therapeutic benefits and powerful energies. It is a gentle non-invasive form of healing that works holistically in order to harmonise the mind, body and spirit. Crystal healing can be used to treat a wide range of conditions and ailments including headaches, insomnia, stress, anxiety and depression. Placing crystals on and around the body can help to restore stability and balance to the bodies energy systems, stimulating it's natural healing mechanisms and release blockages that prevent balanced flows of energy.

This 6 week course is ideal for those drawn to crystals to enable them to discover their many healing properties and methods of use. You must attend all 6 classes to complete this course and receive the maximum benefit.

This course will include meditations, visualisations, discussions, practical exercises and a variety of other activities in a safe and protected environment, whilst experiencing the healing properties of crystals.
