Heart Healing, Opening and Expansion

When we are able to fully open our hearts we open ourselves to giving and receiving love unconditionally. The more love we give, the more love we receive, unless we are blocked to receiving it. Energetic and emotional blocks can prevent us from giving and from receiving love. This can affect our relationships on all levels and the situations we manifest. By releasing blocks we open ourselves to a greater flow of love and connection on all levels. The more we can generate a healthy flow of energy in the Heart and Higher Heart chakras, the more we can operate from the heart, make heart based decisions and speak from the heart, which benefits us greatly as well as everyone we encounter.

Our energetic heart centre is the bridge between our physical and spiritual selves. True happiness and health come from balance between these two aspects. Maintaining a healthy flow of energy in the heart chakra is an essential part of marrying our energetic, spiritual selves with our physical, material existence. To truly thrive we need to honour and cherish both the physical and the spiritual. By being open-hearted and heart centred we are able to operate from a space of contented equilibrium.

During the evening:

We will be focussing on healing and opening the Heart Chakra as well as the Higher Heart Chakra. The Heart Chakra is our connection to love on a personal and individual level, the Higher Heart Chakra is our connection to universal love and cosmic consciousness.

We'll be healing, releasing and clearing old emotions that may be blocking the flow of energy in both chakras.

We will also be expanding the energy of the Heart chakras, generating vast amounts of love and connecting to cosmic consciousness.

The Gateway Studio is 5 mins walk from Kennington tube (1 stop from Waterloo/3 stops from London Bridge on the Northern line) or 10 mins walk from Vauxhall (2 stops from Victoria on the Victoria line). There's free parking evenings and weekends in the area.
