As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I am currently offering a weekly Grief Support Group within the Temecula/North County San Diego/Riverside area. The purpose of this group is to bring together individuals that have experienced the death of a loved one.
Discussion will include: coping techniques, the process of mourning, stages of grief, hope and support!
Please join us - for no one should experience grief alone!
