Skeptics in the Pub: How to beat a lie detector test

AntiPolygraph.org co-founder George Maschke will give a talk about the pseudoscience of polygraphs (lie detectors).

Topics covered will include the secrets of how the procedure "works" (and doesn't) and how polygraphy came to be embraced by public agencies in the United States and, increasingly, elsewhere.

The talk will conclude with an explanation of how polygraph "tests" can be trivially defeated.
