Yes, however it is rusty as I do not have anyone in my circle of friendships that speak French. I was fluent many years ago and still listen to French music and can read however, I can feel myself losing the language as talking to myself is not working too well :(
I love my career, dancing, reading, theater, concerts, cultures, languages, travel, bike riding, time with family and friends.
I was born in Havana, Cuba, came to the US as a child; Fluent in Spanish and English at a young age spending my Elementary years in New Jersey. I then was sent to attend a Boarding School in Quebec, Canada, lived in the school through the age of 11 through 13, then lived with 3 Canadian families, returning to the US at the age of 17. I've enjoyed a few French speaking clients through the years, but not enough to keep me fluent. Now, I find myself at a lost of so much vocabulary, and not understanding all the lyrics of many French songs.
Hi All, My name is Alisha, I am fluent in Spanish, English and use to be in French. I'm hoping with the help of this group to reclaim in time my fluency status :) My personality is bubbly, friendly, sees the good in all. Kind Regards :)
