Activities such as hula hooping (the act of doing hula hoop) will strengthen your bones and tone your muscles. This one hour workout uses over 30 core muscles. Hooping is way more fun than the hula hooping you might remember as a child. Our bigger, 1 to 1.5lbs hoops are easier to use. They are wrapped in colorful 'friction' tape used help keep them on your body. Even if you start out believing you can't hoop, with one of these hoops, you can! Nearly everyone can hoop, regardless of age, size or sense of rhythm.
