Hello, dear comrades!!
I organized this group with a vision in mind. I would like to have a group where you, my dear comrades, will be able to learn and practice the Russian Language. A group where you will be able to learn the Russian culture, and will be able to make new friends. You may ask what is in for me? My answer is: I want to help my mother return to doing what she loved the most in her life---teaching! She was a teacher for 36 years! I want for her to be able to share and for you to be able to receive! This group is not going to function strictly based on learning the lessons. As you progress with the studying, we plan to have other activities. We will have the Russian movie nights ( I have some movie collection ). We will have cooking nights where you can learn how to cook traditional Russian food while learning Russian :-)). We are going to visit museums or theaters, if they will offer something in relation to the Russian culture. We will implement learning in every activity! :-)) We would like this group to be a mix of native Russian speakers with a students of the Russian Language!
