Our 2009-2010 series will focus on Food and Faith. Over the course of the next 8 months (October 2009 to May 2010), we will delve into how faith interprets and addresses the many issues surrounding food and water: from nutrition and hunger, access to food, to food and water security. We hope that you can join us for this exciting new series. ========================================== What's faith got to do with it? Everything! 95% of the world's population associates with one or another spiritual or religious belief system. The influence is incalculable and awareness of its effect in the workplace, invaluable. Join The Interfaith Experience and meet contemporary artists, thinkers and leaders who will provide insights on the role of faith (the history, meaning and modern thought) in the creative and intellectual process. “This program is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, in partnership with the City Council.”
